Angelo Angel is the Grants and Finance Manager for the Coalition. He is responsible for overseeing the budget and operation of large-scale, multi-sectoral and multi-country grants.

Prior to joining the Coalition, Angelo worked as an operations analyst for the Climate Change Division at the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, DC. His role was pivotal in implementing the day-to-day operations of the NDC Invest Programmer Portfolio in Latin America and the Caribbean Region.

Angelo holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Strayer University and an undergraduate degree in Tourism Management from the University of La Serena, Chile. From 2002 to 2004, he was an intern and then a park ranger assistant in Torres del Paine National Park, Patagonia. Angelo lives in Cheverly, MD. with his wife Moira and their two sons, Raiquen and Tahiel.
